This site is not a marketing layer over the work. It is the outward-facing edge of the workbench.
That distinction matters. A public page can be ornamental. A canonical page has to carry its own weight. It needs a route, a status, a revision trail, and enough context for a reader to know whether they are looking at a draft, a closed artifact, or a question still under pressure.
Kipfoot publishes sheets. A sheet may be a story chapter, a reference note, a field note, a small app, a report, or a correction ledger. The format changes. The rule does not: if it is here, it is intentionally here.
The stamps are small on purpose. DRAFT means the artifact is readable but moving. REVIEW REQUIRED means the page is not ready to be treated as settled. CLOSED means a specific review loop has ended, not that the work is beyond correction. RESERVED means the route exists before the content does.
AgentOps is the method under the table. Agents help draft, check, reshape, and keep score. People still sign off. When the machine and the person disagree, the person wins. When the person misses something, the margin should make it easy to say so.
That is the goal: less performance, more surface area for correction.
